Q: How long will it be before the goods are sent out?
A: If you pay by credit or debit card and you live in the u.k, please allow up to 3 to 4 working days.

what if I recieve goods and i'm not satisfied?
A: Dont worry... any problems at all, go to our contact page and we will help you and advise you on what to do next. We have a full refund policy for goods if this is what you require. Please notre that return postage is not included! Plus a levy on Non Faulty Goods.
All we ask is that you return goods in the original packaging
and they have not been worn.
We acept that in order for you to see what the jewellery looks like, then you will need to try on, but if the jewellery has been worn we will not give an exchange or a refund. And under no circumstances for hygene reasons will we accept the return of earrings, except if proven to be faulty.
